The Year 10 Chinese classes will be going on an excursion to explore local Chinese culture and lifestyle, providing our students with a unique opportunity to connect with Chinese culture first hand through music, art, and architecture. We will depart at lunchtime, have lunch at Dickson Chinatown, and visit the Yasong Chinese Culture Center for classical music and Chinese art appreciation sessions. We’ll finish the tour at Beijing Garden by the lake, where students can observe an imperial-style Chinese garden and explore cultural symbols on site.
