The Year 2 students are considering landmarks and memorials as part of the Where We Are In Place and Time unit of inquiry. As part of our inquiry, we will walk to the Royal Australian Navy Memorial on Anzac Parade where we will hear from artist Ante Dabro. Mr Dabro designed and created the Navy Memorial and he will speak to us about the artistic process and why the Navy Memorial is important to him. Mr Dabro is the father or our Art Teacher, Ms Jess Dabro, who will also accompany us on the excursion.
