To book a Parent/Teacher Exchange, please complete the following:

·        Complete the Primary School Parent/Teacher Exchange digital form, located at CGS Connect > School Account

·        VisitSCHOOLINTERVIEWS.COM.AU

·        Enter the code relevant to your student● Code for Early Learning Centre (ELC): 48cf5● Code for Kindergarten to Year 6 & Northside: 5aj6b

·        Select the teacher you wish to see

·        Select the appointment times that suit your family; and

·        Click FINISH and your interview timetable will automatically be emailed to you.

For returning students who have an Individual Plan (IP), the learning needs of your child will be discussed with the classroom teacher during this Parent/Teacher Exchange. A formalised IP review will then occur at the end of Term 1.

A member of the Learning Development Team will have already made contact with students new to CGS who require an Individual Plan (IP). Please use the above online instructions to book a time with the class teacher.
