The Year 6 Outdoor Education Programme will see students participate in a 3 day excursion to Booderee National Park facilitated by Optimum Experiences.
Departure: John Lingard Hall at 6:30am Wednesday 26 March
Return: Alexander Street at 4:45pm Friday 28 March
Activities include:
Bushwalking, sea kayaking, snorkelling, stand up paddleboarding, swimming, beach games/initiatives, cooking on camp stoves, Koori session and Corroboree.
Accommodation and Facilities:
Both nights in tents
Amenities include showers and toilets
Supervision:
Each tribe will have approx. 16 students to 1 CGS staff member and 1 Optimum group leader. Additional activity leaders and staff where required.
Meals:
Students to bring their own morning tea and lunch on day 1. Please ensure this follows the CGS nut aware policy. All other meals provided.

Communication:
We anticipate publishing a group photo daily at 5pm and an individual photo of each student after the event. Announcements will only be made should any details change.
If your child requires regular medication, can you please ensure they bring it in a clearly labelled snap lock bag with the completed Medication/Treatment Advice Form.
