Northside Pre-Kindergarten and Kindergarten will commence the afternoon with a collaborative performance, then continue their individual Showcase of learning in their classrooms.

Pre-Kindergarten are inquiring into ‘Sharing the Planet’ and ‘How We Express Ourselves’. The children have been exploring the Central Idea ‘Understanding our environment helps us care for and appreciate it’. They are looking forward to expressing their ideas about their learning through singing and sharing with parents in the classroom.

Kindergarten students are inquiring into ‘How the World Works’, focusing on ‘Movement depends on shape, size and material’. Our Showcase will highlight students working through the design, make and appraise process to create a functional boat. Parents and guardians will engage in our appraisal process during the afternoon.
