Year 5 will be attending the NMA as part of the “Where we are in place and time” Unit of Inquiry. During this excursion students will gain an insight into the making of Australia by exploring a range of artefacts, facilitated by Museum staff.
The session will be run in two groups, with a teacher guided activity and shared lunchtime with the whole cohort.
We will be departing school by bus at 10:30am and returning at 2:30pm.
Students will need to wear full academic summer uniform. Students will need to bring backpacks (PE Bag is sufficient) with snacks, lunch, water, hat, and sunscreen. Teachers will provide any stationery needed on the day.
Please note, there will be no lunch orders available.
