Mulligan’s Flat Twilight Tour & Picnic (Primary students with their families / carers)
Experience the magic of Mulligan's Flat with an evening picnic and a guided Twilight Tour, where you'll discover the nocturnal wildlife of our local woodlands. This family-friendly event is a fantastic opportunity to explore the Canberra region, learn about native animals, and connect with other CGS families. Don’t forget to bring your own picnic rug and snacks for a relaxing evening under the stars!
Purpose of the Trip: To explore the Canberra Region, develop friendships in the CGS Community and learn about some of Canberra's native animals.
Meeting Point: Wildbark, 25 Rosenberg St, Throsby, 2914, ACT
5:00pm - Picnic (Optional) - Families to bring their own picnic rug, food, and drinks. Alcohol not permitted.
6:00pm sharp - Twilight Tour - Guided tour through Mulligans Flat Woodland Sanctuary. The walk is approximately a 3 - 4 km gentle walk.
Parental supervision is needed at all times. The tour will provide an opportunity to see nocturnal animals. By keeping these points in mind, participants can ensure they are well-prepared for an enjoyable and educational outing with the CGS Adventure Club.
Approximate Cost is $65 per child. Charged to your School Account.
