When: Wednesday 30 October 2019. Students will leave CGS on busses at 3:00pm, and are to be collected at the venue by their parents or carers at 4:45pm.

Where: Stromlo Forest Park,Opperman Avenue, Stromlo ACT

What to wear: Full PE Uniform, including running shoes

What to bring: Your bike and helmet, a hat, water bottle, and your school bag as you will be collected from Stromlo.

Additional details: We will be riding on the cycling circuit, so students who have a road bike can bring them for this training session. Bikes need to be brought to school to be loaded onto the bike trailer during the day. Students will need to meet teachers at second break (1:00pm) with their bike for loading.
