Mental Health is an important aspect throughout life, even in childhood. This programme is designed to teach children ways to cope with emotions such as sadness and anger, as well as ways to manage stress. They will explore stress reduction methods like; yoga, meditation, creative writing, and drawing, while improving communication skills to explain concerns and how to tackle problem-solving.
This programme is sure to send children home with new perspectives on emotions, and confidence in their problem-solving futures!
ARRIVAL TIME 8:45am for 9:00am start
SESSION RUN 9:00am to 3:00pm
