Activity Name: Clements-Blaxland school SleepoverLocation: Main quad and QE123Start: 14 May 2021, 3:30pmEnd: 15 May 2021, 9:30amDetails: This activity was planned for last term but delayed because of Covid.This is a great bonding experience for Year 7 students and it gives them a feel of the outdoors.Students will stay at school after period 5. They will gather in the Clements locker room and take their belongings to QE123.As a group, we will go to the OE shed to get the material needed (prepared by SJL) - mainly tents, mats and sleeping bags (if required).Tents will be set up in the quad.Some games will be played in the quad and by 5.30pm the group will move to QE123 to watch a movie and eat pizzas.By 7.30, the group will go back to the tents and start getting ready for the night.On the next morning, we will pack up before breakfast.TBC - I'd like students to be able to have breakfast with the boarders if possible.Parents will pick up their children by 9.30am.Roll will be taken.Transport: not needed. students will stay after period 5 on Friday and will be picked up by parents on Saturday morning by 9.30amStaff in charge: Sophie Lerat
