The Year 3 program is an introduction to basic outdoor education experiences to provide a positive and engaging time away from home with the focus on developing healthy and positive self-esteem, gaining confidence to participate in activities through “having a go.” Students experience a bush environment whilst staying in dorm accommodation.

Develop confidence in being away from home and in an Outdoor Environment

Develop independence and feeling comfortable away from home

Developing resilience and how to “bounce back” after setbacks
