Time: Normal School Drop off at 8.30am for an 8.45am start. The assessment will finish at 12.35pm (with student pick-up at normal end of school day hours)

Venue:  CGS Campus – Students to make their way to their current classrooms where they will be met by the Teachers to do their roll call and allocated into testing rooms

What to bring: Recess and Lunch, two black and blue pens and water in a clear bottle (normal school bag for rest of school day – Please do not order any Lunch Orders for this day)

What to wear: School Uniform 

The Allwell assessment looks at the following areas: General reasoning, Verbal reasoning, Non-verbal reasoning, Mathematics, Reading comprehension, Spelling, Writing

There is no preparation students can do except be calm and relaxed on the day. The questions are multi-choice (except written expression) so using a process of elimination to choose their answer is best. Read questions twice if necessary; nobody is expected to answer all the questions (you can still score highly even if all questions aren’t answered); if a question is difficult it is best to leave it blank and come back to it later if time allows.
