Dear Parents/guardians,

This information sheet is for those Students who have registered and paid to sit the Year 11 in 2021 Scholarship testing on18 May 2020 for entry into Canberra Grammar School, Red Hill Campus, Canberra, ACT. The details are as follows:

Date: Scholarship Testing will take place onMonday 18 May 2020

Time: Drop off at venue at8.30am for an 8.45am start. The testing will finish at 12.30pm for a 12.45pm pick up from the venue. (with a 20 min break during testing for morning tea)

Venue: Please drop and pick up from:Canberra Grammar Rowing Shed

Canberra Grammar Students only:

CGS School Bus will be available to transport CGS Students back to the main Red Hill Campus for the remainder of the school day, students must sign in at Reception upon return.  If you would like to pick up your child from the venue and take them home, we must have written approval from you to advise they will not be in attendance at school for the rest of the school day.

What to bring: Morning tea, two black and blue pens and water in a clear bottle

What to wear: Casual, comfortable clothes(CGS Students must wear school uniform and bring their school bag/books for the rest of the day at school)

Please note: if your child is feeling ill or is noticeably sick on the day they will not be able to take the test as full COVID-19 Restrictions as provided by the ACT Government, along with full testing conditions and social distancing will be in place.  Please notify us and we will organise alternative testing.
