As part of the Year 10 Outdoor Education Programme, students will be participating in a 5 day excursion to Jindabyne and Kosciuszko National Park. Below is a summary of the proposed activities. Activities and locations may be modified if required.

Departure: Golden Grove - 6:30am
Return: Golden Grove - 5:30pm. An announcement via CGS Connect will be made should this change.

Activities:
Initiates, problem solving and riddles,
Navigation
Bushwalking,
Flat water and white water Canoe/kayaking
Day and overnight bushwalking
Back country skiing,
Snowshoeing
Abseiling
Mountain Biking
Camp stove cooking
Camp fires
Swimming

Students must bring morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea for day 1. All other meals being provided.

Accommodation and Facilities:
Accommodation will be dormitory style, base and remote camping

Staff and Supervision:
All groups will be supervised by Action Learning Initiative leaders and at least one CGS staff member. Additional activity leaders and staff where required.
