National Gallery Excursion: Pre-Kindergarten Northside Campus

National Gallery Of Australia (Parkes Place, Parkes Australian Capital Territory 2600)

The students will be learning about "How the World Works" with the line of inquiry being ‘materials can have different uses depending on their properties’.

The students will be immersed in a variety of artworks made of different materials to inspire this line of inquiry.

The students will have a guided tour with educators from the Australian National Gallery.

Depart school: 11:00 am

Arrive Gallery: 11:20 am

Gallery Guided Tour: 11:30 am - 12:15 pm

Depart Gallery: 12:20 pm

Arrive School: 12:40 pm

Children who have not arrived at the ELC before the group departs must be supervised by their parent/ carer until the class returns.

Please ensure your child wears their CGS uniform and enclosed shoes for the excursion and has appropriate layers for the weather and temperature expected on the day.
